Who is responsible

What data we process

• Browsing: pickmycut has no user accounts or sign-up forms, and the face-shape quiz runs entirely in your browser: your answers are not sent anywhere.
• Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use them to identify you.
• Email: if you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
• Advertising: if ads are shown, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to show and measure ads, personalized only if you allow it. See the cookie policy.

Legal basis

Our legitimate interest in running and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for technical data, and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for advertising cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives the data

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and security) and, if ads are shown, Google LLC. Both may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for portability by writing to scrimieri@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

US residents

Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws can ask what personal information is collected, request its deletion and opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of personalized Google ads, visit adssettings.google.com. Send any request to scrimieri@gmail.com.

Children

pickmycut is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
